Tag, you're it (and you're WEIRD!)

I've been tagged by the lovely Lauryn of LauReality. The game? Divulge 7 weird or random facts about yourself with the world. And then tag 7 other bloggers to do the same about themselves.

Here I go!

1. I have a really, really strange celebrity crush. Some people think Brad Pitt is hot. Other prefer a little Colin Farrell. Yet others have a hankering for George Clooney. Who do I think the hottest man in show-biz is? Well, I'm a little strange… Tony Soprano. Yes, Tony does it for me (please note: I do realize Tony Soprano is a fictional character. Some how he's just *better* than James Gandolfini.). Now, seriously, look at this picture and tell me you don't melt:



2. I hate team sports. I don't know what it is, because I generally don't mind most people. But I cannot stand team sports. They make me ill. If I join a team, I don't ever ever ever want to go to practice or play. Case in point: ice hockey. Played for 3 years… And had to drag my sorry buttocks to every … single… game. I just didn't want to do it.

3. I am a plan-o-holic. Hi, my name is Natasha, and I'm a plan-a-holic. I plan everything down to the very last detail. Like, if I could tell my lungs when to breathe or my heart how fast to pump, I probably would. I think I must drive my Hubby crazy, especially since he's more of a fly-by-the-seat-of-his-pants kind of guy. Except he would never just drop his life and move to an artist-hippy-commune like I sometimes dream about. Well, until I start planning the logistics of such a maneuver, of course – and decide that it's a bad idea.

4. Addictive much? I may have a bit of an addictive personality. Addicted to the internet, blogging, planning, cleaning, photographing, buying shoes, dogs, etc., etc. Luckily, I can somewhat curb my addictions so I don't go past the euphoric state of shopping. But, if I really like something, watch out. I buy it in multiple, just in case. A recent example? I bought 18 pairs of the EXACT SAME BLACK BOYSHORT UNDERWEAR when I was in Ireland this May. Just in case. Because you can never have too many. (It's an addiction, okay, I cannot help it!)

5. I refuse to play games. I am a bit of a fun gal, I think, but I HATE HATE HATE games. Any sort really. Mind games, shower and party games, board games, sucking-up-to-the-boss games, drinking games. I refuse to play. The only type of game you *might* be able to coerce me to play is trivia games. Depends how nice I'm feeling. Now, you might think that I'm playing mind games with you right now. But you would be wrong. Or would you?

6. I'm British, so I say some funny stuff. Luckily, I hang out with other Brits, so they can translate for me and let me know whether I'm speaking English or Canadian. You know, underwear is "knickers", pants are "trousers", and underwear is "pants". Confused yet? The first time my Hubby heard me refer to a facecloth as a "flannel", he thought he had married a retard. Turns out the joke is on him. I'm bilingual. He is not.

7. I have an unhealthy obsession with Coronation Street. I freely admit, I love it. Yes, the people are ugly, the problems are far from glamorous. Corrie is trashy telly at its finest, but I get warm fuzzies every evening when I sit down to watch it. These people are MY KIND OF PEOPLE. I get them. I want to be them. I fantasize about living in dreary Weatherfield, drinking at the Rover's and stitching knickers at UnderWorld. Life is so simple, on the Street. It's my escapism from the real world, and I'm not ashamed to say it!
